MASP relies on annual membership dues to fund our efforts. To start or renew your MASP membership:
1. Please print and complete a membership form.
2. Choose one of the following 4 dues levels:
$20 for survivors - those who have lost someone to suicide
$35 for individuals
$50 for families
$150 for organizations - no limit on the number of members
3. Then, mail your completed membership form with your dues payment (that is, a check or money order made payable in U.S. dollars and cents to "MASP") to the address on the form.
4. Please be sure to include your e-mail address so you can receive an membership confirmation e-mail when your dues payment is processed.

An invitation to join our free listserve to receive regular e-mails about our on-going work and other suicide-related news and events, both locally and nationally.
Activities designed around your interests and skills.
Opportunities to work with others in Michigan and beyond who genuinely share your commitment to reducing suicide attempts and deaths.
Satisfaction in supporting an organization that uses its funds to inform and support local individuals and communities in Michigan.
Note: We are an approved 501(c)(3) non-profit organization under our original name - the Michigan Association of Suicidology (MAS) - so all financial contributions are tax-deductible.
